Ivana Borrett
Training
Ivana completed her undergraduate degree, Bachelor of Psychology with Honours, at Griffith University and postgraduate degree, Master of Psychology (Clinical Psychology), at Western Sydney University.
She has completed advanced training in Schema Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Eating Disorder and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
She has an interest to view mental well-being as a wholistic balance of various aspects of the person’s life and is committed to continue with her professional development to provide evidence-based therapy.
In addition to her professional training, Ivana also brings a wealth of life experiences to the therapy.
Clinical Experience
Ivana’s clinical training involved therapy for mood disorders, anxiety, stress, drug and alcohol addictions, eating disorders and long-term problems with personality.
She has over two decades’ experience in applying mindfulness as the pathway to well-being. She has specialty interest in trauma, anxiety, depression resistant to change, low self-esteem, problems with relationships, adjustment to difficult life events, eating disorders and pain management.
As a part of her postgraduate studies she has conducted research on mindfulness in difficulties with eating and body image.
Registration
Ivana is registered with AHPRA as an endorsed Clinical Psychologist in NSW. She is also registered as a provider of Psychology services with Medicare and with WorkCover.

Ivana is dedicated to providing effective and evidence-based psychological therapy in a warm, safe and welcoming atmosphere.
She provides psychological services for adults (21+) in all life stages. She is a registered Medicare and Worker’s Compensation provider
