Making your mental health care more easily accessible

We all experience challenges in our lives. But many people are reluctant to seek help. Common thoughts include “I can’t show weakness”, “I must do it all myself” or “I don’t need help”. And we’re also quick to minimise our issues by thinking “my problems are nothing compared to others”.

But what about when life’s challenges continue to cause your feelings of overwhelm? And what if the choices you make seems to get you nowhere?

That’s where a Telehealth psychologist can help.

Meet Ivana

Meet Ivana, who believes that needing therapy doesn’t make you weak, weird or broken. She’s here to tell you that there’s no need to navigate through life’s challenges and overwhelm by yourself.

As a registered Clinical Psychologist, Ivana is dedicated to providing effective and evidence-based therapy. She graduated as a Master of Clinical Psychology. She’s also gained accreditation in other modalities, namely:

  • Schema Therapy
  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EDMR)
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E)
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

This allows Ivana to take a holistic approach to helping you care for your mental well-being.

Ivana views her role as providing guidance on your journey to self-discovery. She empowers and equips you with tools and skills that you can use to make life-lasting changes. And you can continue using and building on those tools, even after your therapy has finished.

Why Telehealth psychology?

Some of the benefits of using a Telehealth Clinical Psychologist in Australia include:

Easy Access

Get access to a clinical psychologist from wherever you are, even from rural areas. Connecting virtually may lower any social anxiety around sharing physical space with others.

As long as you have a good internet connection or phone line, you don’t need to take time out of your busy schedule to travel to and from a psychologist’s office.

Affordability

Eliminating travel costs means that Telehealth clinical psychology is more affordable. And you’ll save on travel time.

My vision is to provide effective therapy in a warm, safe and welcoming environment while being dedicated to therapeutic excellence.
